The course is suitable for undergraduate/postgraduate students in medicine, biomedical sciences, neuroscience, and psychology and is useful as a refresher course as well as an introductory course as it assumes minimal prior knowledge. The course is highly popular and has received very high ratings from previous participants who attended the course in 2017.
Furthermore, an optional hands-on anatomy practical can be added to the course, in which participants of the course will have the opportunity to examine and study preserved human brain specimens in the dissection room at King's College London.
