So if you want to receive more in your pay packet, now is the time to get your best arguments ready. The period between 8 February and 1 March is open for completing and submitting an application form for a pay increase.

The form will be active from 8 February and will be available on the website: http://medarbejdere.au.dk/administration/hr/lonadm/loenforhandling/loenforhandlinger-paa-he/

This is also where you can find the criteria that form the basis for awarding pay increases.

For employees at HE Administrative Centre:

Once you have completed the form, you should send it to your union representative with copy to HR Partner Lotte Westerby llw@au.dk.

If you are negotiating on your own behalf, please send the form directly to llw@au.dk.

For employees at the departments and centres:

Once you have completed the form, you should send it to your union representative with copy to health.hr@au.dk.

If you are negotiating on your own behalf, please send the form directly to health.hr@au.dk.

Health HR is responsible for forwarding your application to the relevant department head and, in the case of administrative staff, to the administrative centre manager.

If you are in doubt about who your union representative is, you can find the person in question via this link: http://medarbejdere.au.dk/administration/hr/rekruttering-og-ansaettelse/findtr/

The application deadline for a pay increase is 1 March 2017. This deadline also applies to recommendations for pay increases from managers and union representatives.
