Workplace assessment (WPA) 2019 – your participation is important!

On Monday 25 February, employees at AU will receive an email from Rambøll with a link to the questionnaire for the 2019 workplace assessment. By participating in the survey, you help make it possible to assess your level of well-being and that of your colleagues, so please remember to complete the questionnaire and encourage your colleagues to do the same. The survey will end on 13 March.

Are the employees here at the university thriving? And how do we create the best framework for a good workplace? The upcoming WPA survey will help answer these questions. In order to create the best possible starting point for a good dialogue and local follow-up, it is important that as many employees as possible complete the survey.

The questionnaire will include questions on both the physical and the psychological work environment.

In addition to the questions that apply to employees at the entire university, the questionnaire will also include a few faculty-specific/administration-specific questions.

Schedule

  • 25 February: You will receive an email from Rambøll with a personal link to the WPA questionnaire.
  • 25 February – 13 March: The survey will be conducted.
  • 9 April: Reports will be published on the website. After this, local follow-up and dialogue meetings will begin.
