The AUGUST Network at Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University is happy to invite you to participate in a symposium and workshop on systematic reviews and meta-analyses of animal studies.
The purpose is to teach scientists how to perform a systematic review of the literature in pre-clinical science in order to improve research quality in an area where many animal studies have been criticized for being deficient to the point where they cannot be applied in further studies.
In line with the science community across the globe, AUGUST focus on high quality research, code of conduct, ethics and the 3Rs and translation of preclinical science to clinical medicine.
The scientific programme will consist of a full day symposium and one full day workshop, and participation is free of charge. To ensure fruitful group discussions, only a limited number of participants are allowed.
