At the third afternoon meeting in the 2018 series of Afternoon meetings on funding, organised by The Junior Researcher Development Programme and the Research Support Office, we are very happy to host Chief Adviser Jakob Dragsdal Sørensen from the Research Support Office.

In Denmark researchers have access to research funding from a relatively large number of private foundations supporting research in general or highly specific research areas. Chief Adviser Jakob Dragsdal Sørensen will provide you with an overview of Danish private foundations supporting research.

Each meeting will be a one-hour session plus time for networking afterwards. The meetings are open to postdocs and assistant professors at Aarhus University. Stay up-to-date on the schedule for 2018.

Schedule for the day:

  • 15:00: Welcome and short presentation of the funding landscape by Research Support Office, AU
  • 15:15: Chief Adviser Jakob Dragsdal Sørensen will provide you with an overview of Danish private foundations supporting research.
  • 15:45: Coffee, questions and networking
