The ability to learn and memorize new information is one of the most central and fascinating features of our brain. But not only brains, also computers can learn. And the integration might lead to new ways of curing learning disabilities in CNS disorders. We therefore dedicate the 30th Annual Meeting of the Danish Society for Neuroscience to “Learning in nature, machine and disease”.

The meeting will cover some of our latest insights into the molecular and neuronal network aspects of learning and how abnormalities in these systems can lead to learning disability in almost any CNS disorder. Finally, the term “learning” is also key to computer sciences and the field of neuroscience already started to incorporate the abilities of learning machines. The program will offer a forum for experts from both areas to meet, discuss, find similarities and exchange ideas.
A Data Blitz will allow 5 minute presentations of key points from posters by the presenting author, with 3 minutes for questions, at the poster. This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your poster's impact. Interested participants are asked to state this on the registration form. Please participate in this fun and interactive session!
