On Tuesday 16 January, Innovation Fund Denmark invites all interested researchers to participate in an information session at Aarhus University about the foundation’s calls for applications in 2018.

The subject of the meeting is Innovation Fund Denmark’s various grant programmes, including ‘Grand Solutions’, which emphasises knowledge, growth and job creation in Denmark.
There will be two rounds of calls for applications this year. The deadline for the themed calls is 20 February, and three themes have been announced thus far: Green Growth, Better Health and Clinical Research and New Technological Opportunities. The deadline for the open calls is expected to fall in August.
The information session will take place in the Nobel Auditorium, Building 1482, room no. 105, from 13:00 to 14:30. The Grand Solutions programme will be the subject of the first part of the meeting, while the subject of the second part will be the additional programmes offered by Innovation Fund Denmark. Registration is not required. The session will take place in Danish.
Special session on Innovation Fund Denmark’s new investment strategy
Immediately after the information session, Innovation Fund Denmark will offer an extra session about the foundation’s new investment strategy, ‘the society of tomorrow’, which focuses on creating social and economic value for society and the individual.
