Get help from Health Facility Management via a new app

From 1 July 2020, you should contact your colleagues at Health Facility Management via the Dalux HelpDesk app. So, if a toilet is blocked or a notice board needs hanging up, use the new app to get help.

Each day, Health Building Services receives many tasks from the users of the faculty’s buildings, i.e. from employees and students. Tasks are varied and are reported both in person, in writing and by phone. Dealing with this can be difficult during a busy working day, and the employees in Health Facility Management want to ensure that they prioritise the most important tasks.

For this reason they now request that employees and students at Health download an app and use it to report tasks. If you are unsure about how to do this, you can find help in the quick guide on the faculty’s staff website.

You can download the app from where you normally download apps for your device.
