Researchers from Aarhus University represent Denmark in the international committee for resuscitation

Two researchers from Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital have been elected to the world's leading organisation within resuscitation.

Bo Løfgren and Lars W Andersen are both affiliated with the Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University and the Research Centre for Emergency Medicine, Aarhus University Hospital. Bo Løfgren is also employed at the Department of Medicine, Regional Hospital Randers.

Bo Løfgren and Lars W Andersen are both affiliated with the Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University and the Research Centre for Emergency Medicine, Aarhus University Hospital. Bo Løfgren is also employed at the Department of Medicine, Regional Hospital Randers.

Lars W. Andersen and Bo Løfgren have both been elected into the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), a leading global organisation for treating cardiac arrest.

Lars W Andersen and Bo Løfgren have both been elected as members of ILCOR for the period 2017-2020. Here they will participate in work involving advanced and basic resuscitation, including contributing to preparing new international recommendations for resuscitation. This is the first time that the committee has Danish members.

 

ILCOR Task Force members are selected on the basis of clinical and research-related qualifications from among leading experts in resuscitation from around the world.
