Get off to a good start with Teams through a webinar or a tailor-made meeting

All employees now have access to the Teams collaboration platform, which is part of Microsoft 365. Get off to a good start by taking part in a webinar or through a tailor-made introduction to the Teams platform.

Perhaps Teams is completely new to you. Perhaps you have already discovered that Teams is a good platform for meetings. Perhaps you are curious about how you can use Teams for more than just meetings. 

No matter what your motive, you can get help from the AU Microsoft 365 team and your local IT support. For example, you can take part in one of the webinars organised by the AU Microsoft 365 team. If you are part of a unit or a project group that wants to start working with Teams, you can get a tailor-made introduction to suit your specific needs.   

Webinars  

The AU Microsoft 365 team offers two different webinars:  

  • Get off to a good start with Teams   
    - A basic introduction to Teams as a tool for chats, interviews and meetings.  
  • Tips & Tricks in Teams 
    - Help to maintain an overview in Teams, including a number of tips and tricks to help you make the most of Teams.

Tailor-made online meeting about Teams    

Your local IT support team can provide a more tailor-made introduction to Teams, focusing on the specific needs of your own unit or project group. For example, this may be relevant if:    

  • You want to start using Teams. IT support can provide a brief introduction to Teams.   
  • You are not yet using Teams. IT support can help clarify whether Teams is the right tool for your collaboration needs.   
  • You already use teams, but you need help to get more insight into the platform.
