Did you know that it is also possible to participate in the annual celebration’s afternoon programme in the Main Hall? All employees including an accompanying guest are welcome to sign up, and the drawing of lots for tickets will only be needed if too many people wish to attend.

The annual celebration at AU is more than the evening event at the Concert Hall Aarhus. Last year, employees and their guests were for the first time able to sign up for the ceremony in the Main Hall, where the celebration begins at 13:30 and includes speeches, a celebration address, music, the conferral of honorary doctorates, and the presentation of scholarships and awards.
This is again possible this year, and there are still places available.

Participation in the evening event at the Concert Hall Aarhus is not a prerequisite for participating in the afternoon ceremony, and vice versa.
