DCCC and DMCG.dk arrange the Danish Cancer Research Days with the aim of bringing together all collaborators across the cancer disciplines. The aim is to present current projects and initiatives within the cancer field and to provide an opportunity for researchers, clinicians, patients, healthcare policy makers and others with an interest in cancer research and treatment to engage in dialogue.

Invitation to present research results
Our ambition is to use the Danish Cancer Research Days 2019 to map all the ongoing research in Denmark. For this reason we invite all interested parties to submit abstracts of research projects, clinical trials or other cancer-related activities with a view to participating in poster sessions on the first day of the event as well as possible presentations from the stage on day two.

  • The call is for abstracts under the following categories:
  • Biomarker & Diagnostics
  • Personalised Medicine
  • Clinical Trials
  • Organisation of Treatment
  • Emerging Treatments
  • Patient Involvement
  • Late Effects
  • Palliation
  • Clinical Epidemiology
  • Database Research

Abstracts and posters may be presented in either Danish or English. The majority of presentations at the conference are expected to be held in Danish.

It is not a prerequisite for submitting results that this data is being presented for the first time, but we encourage the presentation of original results.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 1 May 2019.
