As a consequence of the spending cuts in the administration, AU HR will no longer offer various courses which members of staff can sign up for individually. Instead, targeted courses will be created based on a specific request from a large group.

If a department/section etc has participants for a specific course, AU HR will still help to establish the course and ensure the best course quality and price. In this way, AU HR will still be able to meet the demands for specific courses/training and ensure targeted competence development when needed. If an employee has a request for a specific course, he/she should discuss this with his/her manager.
Spring courses which are fully booked will be held as planned. In addition, AU HR will also still offer some of the most popular courses e.g. the project manager course and the process consultant course which are offered in cooperation with the consultancy firm Attractor.
