RUNSAFE were exposed in the radio and on web-site news throughout Friday. In an unpublished report, which will be publically available in Dansk Sportsmedicin in the May issue, we present our best estimate of the prevalence proportion of the adult danish population having had at least one running-related injuries in the past year. Since nearly 30% of the population run on a regular basis and the prevalence proportion of having had an injury amongst these reach 20%, around 5% of the adult population is likely to having had at least one running-related injury in the past year.
