What is FSU?
The role of FSU at Health is:

  • to involve staff in work relating to AU’s goals, strategies and finances,
  • to establish personnel policy frameworks that will foster competency development and generate an inclination and motivation to fulfil AU’s goals,
  • to contribute to creating the best possible working conditions and a good work environment,
  • to contribute to developing cooperation throughout AU in order to enable individual staff members to impact their own work situation and thus contribute to developing the workplace,
  • and to ensure the mutual exchange of information in order to promote optimal cooperation.

Who are the members of the FSU?
The Faculty Liaison Committee (FSU) at Health consists of 15 members. They are distributed in the following way:
Management representatives at Health: Five members
Employee representatives at Health: Ten members
The dean is chairman of the liaison committee.
