The NorDoc network (Nordic Doctoral Training in Health Sciences) is arranging its annual Nordic PhD Summit which will take place on 17-18 June. Learn more about the conference.

The Graduate School of Health recommends our PhD students to participate in this event with presentations of your research project. This is a great opportunity to disseminate your findings to a greater audience and acquire experience in presentations for colleagues at research conferences and seminars.

The Graduate School of Health therefore offers 20 grants of 5,000 DKK to PhD students for participation in the NorDoc PhD Conference. The grant should be used for travel and accommodation expenses and registration fee.

Grant criteria

  1. Registration for the NorDoc PhD Conference by 19 April 2022 - register here – deadline for submitting an abstract is 13 May 2022
  2. Participation in the conference from start to end

Mandatory enclosures

  1. A recommendation from the main supervisor
  2. A budget for eligible expenses (travel and accommodation expenses and registration fee)
  3. Documentation that you have registered with an abstract for the NorDoc PhD Conference

Applications for travel grants should be submitted to graduateschoolhealth@au.dk no later than 15 May 2022. There are no formal requirements to application and enclosures.
