This will not change the time when mail will be delivered/picked up or change any other services.
Internal and external mail as well as small parcels which are not ready when we pick up your mail, but which must be sent on the same day, may be handed in to the Reception/Switchboard team at Trøjborgvej 82 between 9:00-14:00. After 14:00, letters, parcels etc may be put in Internal Mail Service’s mailbox until 15:20. The mailbox is placed near the door in the part of building 1918 which faces Ringgaden/the Nobel Park.
