The conciliation board has postponed the labour dispute, and the strikes are now scheduled to begin on 22 April at the beginning of the day (00:00 hours), and the lockout is set to begin on 28 April at the beginning of the day (00:00 hours).
However the official conciliator has the authority to declare that the impasse cannot be resolved and to break off negotiations. If this happens, the strike and lockout will take place on the fifth day following the announcement. The official conciliator also has the authority to postpone the labour dispute for an additional fourteen days.
