Apple has released a number of security updates to fix a security vulnerability in the mail app.
This vulnerability is a security threat to individual employees and the university. As soon as possible, all employees should update their iPhones and iPads to the iOS 13.5 operating system to avert the threat.
If you are unable to update to iOS 13.5 because you have an older iPhone/iPad, you must not use Apple's mail app.
