Content:

Emphasis will be on the latest state of the art research in the field as well as experimental procedures and analytical methods. The course will include four senior international lecturers as well as several Danish lecturers, each well-renowned within their field. The lecturers are expected to participate throughout the whole course.

Learning goals:

The students are expected to get a solid insight into:

  • The latest state of the art in the area of macro- and microvascular function and skeletal muscle angiogenesis.
  • How macro- and microvascular function and skeletal muscle angiogenesis is influenced by life style related disease and physical activity
  • Experimentation and methods in cardiovascular physiology, including hands on with several methods

Who can attend:

PhD students from any university in Denmark can attend.
