The research project “Run Clever” investigates differences in risk and risk of specific running-related injuries in two groups of runners following a running schedule focusing on either running volume or running intensity.
It has been an intensive 12 month data collection which could not have been realized if it hadn´t been for the help of both participants and a very dedicated team of physiotherapists. The participants in the project have completed a total of 31900 running sessions and 191582 kilometers, in all kinds of weather and at all hours.
RUNSAFE thanks you all and look forward to returning as much information and knowledge on minimizing injury risk in runners to both clinical practice and runners.
