Please note that The Aarhus University Student Self Service in STADS will be closed from 2 October to 23 October at 10.00 due to the conversion of study administration data from AU Herning (AUHE) and Aarhus University School of Engineering (ASE) to AU STADS.

What do the shut-down period and the limited access to Aarhus University Student Self Service mean for you?
In the shut-down period, you have access to a copy of Aarhus University Student Self Service (STADS). This means you can only look up information and print it out. In other words, you will have read-only access, but you will not be able to register or withdraw from courses and exams.
Therefore, you should check to find out if there are any changed deadlines that apply to your degree programme in good time before the shut-down period.
If you do need to register for an exam during the shut-down period, you should contact your local study centre.
If you complete your studies in the period when STADS is shut down, you must cancel your SU for November, or you will be required to repay the amount for November.
You can find relevant information on the specific details applying for you in your subject portal at studerende.au.dk/en/studies/subject-portals/
Access to e-learning systems
Blackboard, CampusNet, AULA and First Class will operate normally during the closing period. The only restriction in these systems will be that students who have registered late/withdrawn will not be transferred in Blackboard and CampusNet.
