Aim of the Running Science Meeting:
The primary aim of the Running Science Meeting is to discuss running-related injury research. We look forward to get inspired, to knowledge-share, to discuss important issues/results/hypotheses/protocols and last but not least; to socialize with nice, friendly and committed peers. We have prepared a preliminary agenda for the day, which you find here.
How to sign-up for the event?
If you are engaged into running-related injury research, you are able to sign-up for the running science meeting by writing an e-mail to Camma Damsted (camma@ph.au.dk) before November 15th 2015. Furthermore, feel free to share the invitation with colleagues involved in running injury research but of whom, we do not have included in the list of participants (attached as a part of the agenda). Please note, that the maximum number of participants is 30.
Abstract submission
Abstract submission is possible before December 1st 2015. We hope as many attendees as possible are willing to contribute with project descriptions, ideas, new results etc. See the guideline for abstract submission in the preliminary agenda above.
Danish Sports Medicine Congress
The Running Science Meeting is a meeting prior the annual Danish Sports Medicine Congress in Kolding (100 kilometers from Aarhus), which is held February 4th to 6th. See more about the conference here sportskongres.dk. Please note: the sessions including running research are scheduled to Thursday 4th and Saturday 6th. If you do not attend the conference in Kolding, you are, of course, warmly welcome at the Running Science Meeting in Aarhus.
The RUNSAFE group looks forward to a valuable and memorable meeting in February. Looking forward to seeing you there.
