We are extremely delighted and honored for the huge support and interest in the Running Science Meeting, which was held February 3rd 2016 at Aarhus University. We were 27 committed peers from the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Sweden, Brazil and Denmark attending the meeting.
The goal of the meeting was reached, since we, in a relaxed atmosphere, had the opportunity to get to know each other and to get an impression of the ongoing activities across research groups. In addition, the scene was set for working towards establishing an International Research Community for the Prevention of Running Injuries.
We thank Daniel Theisen taking the baton and for scheduling the date for the next Running Injury Science Meeting: October 6th 2017. We hope you are willing to attend in 2017!
