In his affiliation as a Skou professor, professor John Hoberman, University of Texas at Austin, presents a lecture about the influence of racial prejudice on medical practice in the United States
Concurrently with the increasing immigration to Europe in the years since 1970, the American problem has increasingly become relevant here as well. Do racial prejudices assert itself in European medical practice? And if so, which implications does it have for patient safety?
Professor Hoberman will focus on these questions in his lecture.
