Professor Blazer-Yost is the head of a research group dedicated to understanding the role of TRPV4 in Hydrocephalus and Fluid Homeostasis in Polycystic Kidney Disease. Her group utilizes Ussing Chamber Electrophysiology, Immunohistochemistry, as well as various Molecular Biology techniques to understand these processes.
