The Empower Talent! mentorship programme matches staff at assistant professor (assistant professor/researcher/postdoc) level with colleagues at associate professor level or higher.
As a mentor, you have an opportunity to help your junior colleagues progress in their careers. A mentorship agreement usually runs for one year.
You are also welcome to contact an employee from the project group to learn more about content, setup, and the theme meetings that are offered in connection with the programme.
