At the Department meeting your are invited to comment on the University management's proposals.
Your comments will be incorporated into the Department’s hearing response and your liaison committee and Department Forum representatives will further discuss your proposals/comments at the following extraordinary meetings to be scheduled.
Further details of the coming meetings and how the chairmen of the two fora will be involved in deciding how the department response is formulated will be provided at the meeting on the 3 September.
I’m sorry for the short notice, which is due to the deadline for the hearing and meetings to be held ahead of this.
It is possible to forward your comment to the Department's response by mail to annimh@biomed.au.dk until the 11 September.
The Department meeting will be held in Danish, but questions and comments in English are of course welcomed.
