Charlotte Ringsted has recently been appointed professor in Health Sciences Education at CESU (Centre for Health Sciences Education) at Aarhus University. In addition to the professorship, Charlotte Ringsted is also vice-dean for education at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Aarhus University.

Clinical trials carried out by Aarhus University show that the use of a mini filter prevents pollen inhalation and results in significantly fewer symptoms such as sneezing, watery eyes and drowsiness. These results have just been presented in Barcelona.
