Suffering from stress?

If you or one of your colleagues show signs of stress, it is important that you take action. Contact your immediate supervisor or find plenty of good advice about preventing and dealing with stress in Health’s stress folder.

The faculty’s occupational health and safety committee (FAMU) has produced a folder with information about stress management. Here you can read about different types of stress and how to recognise the signs of unhealthy stress. You can also find out where and how you can get help.

FAMU and the faculty management team recommend that the stress folder is included in the local staff development dialogues (SDD). So bring the folder along to your SDD if you want to bring it up.

You can download Health’s stress folder from the faculty’s staff website (available in Danish only - the English version will follow asap). Here you can also find information about psychological counselling, stress management courses and the work environment in general.
