Get help with IT at new portal

From the end of November, you can find the IT support at a new online platform. The platform will give you efficient support and will make it possible to track the progress of your case.

VPN acting up? Unable to log on to EDUROAM? 

On Thursday 26 November, a new online portal will be launched where students can receive quick and efficient help with solving IT problems.

You can use the portal to report problems or ask questions, for example about your IT equipment, printer and the. network. You can also track your case and communicate with the support team through the portal.

It is still possible to register a new case by mailing your local support.
