In the period from 8 February to 1 March 2017, employees can apply for pay increases on the basis of their performance in the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.

If you wish to apply for a pay increase, you must send an application form by 1 March 2017. On the form, you should describe your performance and the competencies you have acquired which, in your opinion, should be considered in the pay negotiations.
You can apply for supplements for qualifications, supplements for responsibilities and one-off bonuses. Read more about the different supplements. For some employees, it is also possible to apply for advancement to a higher pay group. Find more information in the application form for technical/administrative staff.
After you submit your application, your union representative will sit down at the negotiating table with your manager and discuss the possibilities. You will be notified of the outcome of the negotiations as soon as pay negotiations are concluded for your entire department (Aarhus BSS, ST, HE)/school (Arts)/centre, administrative division or administrative centre.
Some employees have the option of negotiating themselves. This is governed by the collective agreements. This applies, for example, to special consultants, senior consultants and journalists.
The pay increase budget for the period 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017 is 0.6% of the payroll costs in 2016.
Pay increases will be paid out in June/July 2017.
