The Aarhus University Research Foundation has just published grant calls for its AUFF Nova 2020 funding programme, as well as for publication support and international mobility.

AUFF Nova grants are intended to help researchers launch the kind of bold, innovative research projects that often have difficulty attracting funding from other sources despite their high quality. 

The Aarhus AUFF Nova grants are intended to help researchers launch the kind of bold, innovative research projects that often have difficulty attracting funding from other sources despite their high quality. 

The Aarhus University Research Foundation has just announced a grant call for AUFF Nova 2020. Up to 30 million DKK in funding is available this year.

Publication support grants
AUFF has also announced a call for applications for publication support grants. The publication support grants awarded by the foundation are intended to ensure that significant academic works of exceptional quality receive support for high-quality publication and dissemination, thus making the university’s research results more widely available to the international research community and the general public.

The total funding pool for 2020 has been increased, to DKK 2.5 million. Grants are awarded twice annually, and the application deadlines for each round are in February and in September.

International mobility
AUFF supports incoming and outgoing mobility at Aarhus University. The foundation offers funding for visiting researchers from universities abroad and for AU researchers’ stays at universities abroad. These grants contribute to the professional and personal development of AU’s researchers by giving them opportunities for international experiences, for example in connection with developing and strengthening professional networks.
