AU's IT systems and IT services will be put out of operation shortly in the weekend 30 - 31 January 2016.

AU IT and AU Finance and Estates Project Development will carry out work from Saturday 30 January at 00.01 am till Sunday 31 January at 5 pm. The work is necessary to ensure high performance stability and IT security for all staff and students.
The entire weekend, you can use the AV equipment in lecture theatres/UV rooms. You can also work locally on your computer - that is without connection to central IT systems, shared drives, video center, AU's network and the internet.
On Saturday, AU email, mit.au.dk, WAYF, STADS, Syllabus, TYPO3/websites, shared drives, print, network (wired/wireless) and telephony will by default work as normal. However, you must expect short interruptions when you use these services and other IT services - primarily from 00.01 am till 7 pm.
On Sunday, you must expect that IT services will be interrupted from around 2 am till 5 pm. From 5 pm all IT services will work normally again.
No later than 29 January, you can find a detailed plan for the service work.
